Operational & Payment Terms

  • Guaranteed Departure Tours: Groups finalised 45 days prior. Non-operating groups notified 70-90 days prior.

  • Ad-Hoc Booking Cancellation: Only non-refundable supplier services (hotels, flights) are charged upon cancellation.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds take up to one month due to account closing/refund procedures of airlines/hotels, etc.

Cancellation Charges (Based on General Policy)

  • > 45 Days: No cancellation charges, provided no advances were made to 3rd parties.
  • 22 - 44 Days: 50% cancellation charges OR the equivalent of the first two days charges.
  • 21 Days or less: 100% cancellation charge.
