III. B2B Commercial Terms Summary

Deposit & Final Payment

  • Deposit: 10% non-refundable deposit required at booking.

    Plus any additional non-refundable deposits for specific items (e.g., boat charter).

  • Final Balance: Due no later than 30 days before departure.

Quoting & Payment Currencies

  • Accepted Quoting Currencies: EUR, USD, and AUD.

    Costings are provided in these globally recognised hard currencies.

  • Payment Channels: Bank Transfer or Credit Card via We Travel.

    Note: Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Credit card service fees are borne by the customer, but SGA covers the We Travel platform fee.

Cancellation by Partner

  • > 30 Days: Deposit is non-refundable. No further charges.
  • 30 - 21 Days: 50% of the total tour cost refunded.
  • 21 - 14 Days: 20% of the total tour cost refunded.
  • 14 - 0 Days: No refund available.

Mandatory Pre-Departure Requirements

Must be submitted at least 30 days prior to departure:

  • Passport details, mobile phone, and emergency contact for each traveller.
  • Arrival/departure international flight details.
  • Dietary requirements/allergies.
  • Mandatory Travel Insurance details (min. US$200,000 cover for medical/repatriation).
