Established operations with verifiable licences and insurance coverage held with reputable insurers at a premium level appropriate for your country of operation.

Quote turnaround under 24 hours. This is the ideal AU/NZ market standard and a core assessment criterion.

Documented emergency, crisis and risk management procedures with clearly assigned roles and communication protocols.

A dedicated or clearly assigned contact for Australian and New Zealand clients with defined escalation paths.

Transparent pricing in USD, EUR or AUD with all fees and surcharges disclosed upfront.

A written child protection policy. This is highly recommended for all members within the Altura network.

Active commitment to responsible and sustainable tourism with documented policies and measurable practices.
