Performance Guarantee
We operate on a performance-backed model. We don't just promise growth; we contractually guarantee it.
$180,000 AUD (Benchmarked against India)
If Altura fails to meet the target by Month 12, the subsequent term retainer reduces to $750/month until the cumulative target is reached.
- Altura Responsibilities: Deliver contracted priority advocacy; maintain premium Trade Hub infrastructure; execute quote transformations within 24 hours; and provide strategic quarterly market feedback.
- Partner Responsibilities: Maintain professional digital assets and an up-to-date website; respond to priority quote requests within 24 hours; provide market-competitive pricing; and maintain all required local operating licences and insurance.
The Performance Guarantee shall not apply if the target is missed due to:
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, war, or political instability affecting travel to the destination.
- Partner Non-Performance: Failure to respond to quotes within 24 hours, pricing consistently 20% or higher above regional market competitors, or loss of required insurance/licences.
- Partner Request: Any period where the Partner requests a pause or reduction in advocacy activities.
All IP created by Altura (System-Ready digital assets, HTML itineraries, Project Builder formats, Discovery Guides) remains the sole exclusive property of Altura Travel Group.
