Strategic Representation 2026

DMC Representation
Reimagined.

Altura Travel Group provides strategic market development for premier Destination Management Companies entering the Australia and New Zealand travel trade landscape.

We're your Australian Operational Hub: combining tech forward infrastructure with solutions focused advocacy. We provide audit led verification, system ready digital assets, and proactive partnership management that eliminates administrative friction. As your dedicated selling agent and high touch representation firm, we provide the active advocacy required to convert market interest into confirmed bookings.

Aligned Commercial Structure

We recognize that a niche DMC in Bhutan has different commercial needs than a volume DMC in Thailand. Our model reflects this reality.

Tier 1: Priority Partner

Year 1 Target
$180,000 AUD

The Pledge

We expect considerably more sales but it is our pledge to you: If we miss this target by Month 12, your Year 2 retainer reduces by 50% ($750/mo) until the cumulative target is reached.

Tier 2: Established Partner

Altura acknowledges the "Revenue Target" pledge. We commit to a shared responsibility model where our remuneration is tied to results.

Year 1 Target
$60,000 AUD
in forward bookings
The Pledge (Clause 5.2)

If Altura fails to meet the Revenue Target by the end of the Initial Term, the Retainer for the subsequent term shall be reduced to $250/month until the cumulative target is reached.

Operational Framework & Exemptions

Shared Responsibilities

Achieving target bookings requires active collaboration. Both parties must adhere to the following:

  • Partner Obligations Respond to quotes within 24-48 hours. Provide market-competitive pricing (benchmarked against regional competitors). Maintain valid insurance.
  • Altura Obligations Deliver contracted advocacy, maintain Trade Hub infrastructure, and provide quarterly performance reporting (analytics, quotes, bookings).

Pledge Exemptions (Clause 6)

The Performance Pledge does NOT apply if targets are missed due to:

  • Force Majeure Natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or war affecting destination travel.
  • Partner Non-Performance Failure to respond to quotes within 48 hours (excluding delays caused by documented third-party supplier issues), loss of required insurance, or pricing 20%+ above competitors.
  • Market Withdrawal Requests to pause or reduce advocacy activities during the contract term.
